Dopo il pagamento

Dopo che il tuo ordine è stato creato con successo, LAGENIO elaborerà il tuo ordine entro 1–2 giorni lavorativi. Gli ordini sono principalmente spediti tramite DHL. Nella maggior parte dei casi, i pacchi all'interno della Germania vengono consegnati entro 2–5 giorni, i pacchi all'interno dell'UE vengono consegnati entro 3–7 giorni e, in un numero molto ridotto di aree remote, la consegna può richiedere circa 10 giorni.

  2. Spedisci al nostro Centro Assistenza – I clienti pagano il trasporto in sola andata verso il nostro laboratorio certificato in Germania.
  3. Ispezione e Soluzione – Se viene confermato un difetto di qualità, LAGENIO provvederà a:
  • riparare o fornire una sostituzione ricondizionata senza costi,
  • coprire il trasporto di ritorno verso di te o rimborsare la spedizione originale di uscita.

After Payment

After your order is successfully created, LAGENIO will process your order within 1–2 business days. Orders are mainly shipped via DHL. In most cases, parcels within Germany are delivered within 2–5 days, parcels within the EU are delivered within 3–7 days, and in a very small number of remote areas, delivery may take around 10 days.

(Note: The above shipping times are for general reference only and may not apply to certain remote areas. The shipping period refers to business days only and excludes public holidays and non-working days. In exceptional cases, shipments may be handled by other carriers.)

Order Cancellation

Cancel Within 12 Hours

You can cancel your order yourself within 12 hours of order creation. Simply go to your Order Details page and click the “Cancel” button. Once confirmed, your order status will be updated to Canceled.

Note: The 12-hour period is calculated from the time your order is generated in our system.

Cancel After 12 Hours

Orders cannot be canceled directly through the website after 12 hours, as the order may already be processing in our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, email info@lagenio.com with:
  1. Order number (e.g., MBLG-1***)
  2. Order date and time
Our support team will check your order and do our best to cancel it.

  2. Ship to our Service Centre – Customers pay the one-way freight to our certified lab in Germany.

  • cover the return freight to you or reimburse your original outbound shipping.
