Where Do We Ship?

We proudly deliver to European Union countries. Orders are dispatched from our primary warehouse location in Germany (DE) based on destination and inventory availability.

European Union Countries

Orders to EU countries are shipped from our Germany warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable service for the following destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (North & South), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

After your order is successfully created, LAGENIO will process your order within 1–2 business days. Orders are mainly shipped via DHL. In most cases:

  • Parcels within Germany are delivered within 2–5 business days.
  • Parcels within the EU are delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • In a very small number of remote areas, delivery may take around 10 business days.

Note: The above shipping times are for general reference only and may not apply to certain remote areas. The shipping period refers to business days only and excludes public holidays and non-working days. In exceptional cases, shipments may be handled by other carriers.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping for all orders delivered to our supported EU countries.

Exceptions – A Few Special Cases:

In very limited cases where delivery is to remote or non-standard areas not fully covered by our main logistics partners, a small surcharge of €7–€10 may apply.

Any applicable shipping fees will always be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, LAGENIO will send the tracking number to you by email.
You can track your shipment anytime at shop.lagenio.com or through the courier’s official website using your tracking number.

Delayed Delivery

If your delivery is delayed, please contact LAGENIO customer service immediately and provide your order number(MBLG-1***). Our support team will assist you in checking the shipment status and resolving the issue.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Here's what to expect:

  • If your order is unpaid, you may cancel and reorder with the correct address.
  • For paid but unshipped orders, contact customer service as soon as possible to check if address modification is still possible.
  • Once the package has shipped, we are unable to adjust the destination.

LAGENIO is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Carriers usually hold undelivered packages for 30 days before returning them to our warehouse. Refunds or reshipments can only be processed after we receive the returned package. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

What to Do When Your Package Arrives

All shipments are securely packed before leaving our warehouse. On delivery:

  • Inspect the outer packaging carefully for signs of tampering or damage.
  • If you notice anything suspicious, do not accept the package and report it immediately to the courier.
  • Open the box in the courier’s presence if possible and verify that the contents match the packing list.
  • In case of any issues such as missing items or signs of tampering, request an official damage report from the courier, take photos or an unboxing video, and contact us right away.
