Part 1. Warranty Period
Lagenio smartphones are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period is based on the date shown on a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or sales receipt).
If your Lagenio smartphone is dead on arrival (fails to turn on or has a critical defect within 7 days of delivery), please contact us immediately for a priority replacement.
Part 2. Warranty Coverage
Under normal usage conditions, if the product experiences any non-human-induced defects within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services. Covered issues include but are not limited to:
- Display not functioning or unresponsive touch screen
- Phone unable to power on or charge
- System malfunctions that affect normal usage
- Abnormal battery performance due to battery cell defects
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Part 3. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
The following situations are not eligible for free warranty service, but paid repair options may be offered:
- Normal battery aging or reduced capacity over time
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents (e.g. drops, water damage, impact)
- Unauthorized disassembly, rooting, flashing, or third-party repairs
- Expired warranty period
- Damage due to improper usage (e.g. using incompatible chargers)
- Products purchased from unauthorized channels or without valid proof of purchase
- Accessories such as chargers, cables, and protective cases are not covered by this warranty
This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party apps, unauthorized software modifications, or custom firmware.
Part 4. Warranty Service Process
- Contact Support: Email us at shop@lagenio.com with a description of the issue, your proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the problem.

Warranty Assessment: Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility for warranty service.

Ship the Product: Send your device to the designated service address provided by our team. Please share the tracking number with us after shipping.

Repair Timeframe: We will process your repair or replacement within 7–14 business days of receiving the device.
Part 5. Important Notes
Please keep your proof of purchase as it is required for warranty service. For out-of-warranty or damage caused by misuse, we will offer a quote before proceeding with any repair. Warranty services apply only to products purchased from shop.lagenio.com. This warranty policy covers repair or replacement only. Please contact customer service to confirm if warranty services are available in your country.
