After Payment

After your order is successfully created, LAGENIO will process your order within 1–2 business days. Orders are mainly shipped via DHL. In most cases, parcels within Germany are delivered within 2–5 days, parcels within the EU are delivered within 3–7 days, and in a very small number of remote areas, delivery may take around 10 days.

(Note: The above shipping times are for general reference only and may not apply to certain remote areas. The shipping period refers to business days only and excludes public holidays and non-working days. In exceptional cases, shipments may be handled by other carriers.)

Order Cancellation

Cancel Within 12 Hours

You can cancel your order yourself within 12 hours of order creation. Simply go to your Order Details page and click the “Cancel” button. Once confirmed, your order status will be updated to Canceled.

Note: The 12-hour period is calculated from the time your order is generated in our system.

Cancel After 12 Hours

Orders cannot be canceled directly through the website after 12 hours, as the order may already be processing in our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, email info@lagenio.com with:

  • Order number (e.g., MBLG-1***)
  • Order date and time

Our support team will check your order and do our best to cancel it.

Note: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may return the item following our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-sale, promotional, or customized products may have different cancellation rules. Contact support promptly for the best chance of cancellation.

Warranty Policy

Within 12 months of purchase, LAGENIO provides free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects on phones bought at shop.lagenio.com.

Not Covered

  1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications
  2. Normal wear and tear (cosmetics, consumables, protective films)
  3. Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual

Warranty Service – One Simple Standard

  1. Contact Customer Support – email info@lagenio.com with a description, photos/videos, and your order number.
  2. Ship to our Service Centre – Customers pay the one-way freight to our certified lab in Germany.
  3. Inspection & Solution – If a quality defect is confirmed, LAGENIO will:
  • repair or provide a refurbished replacement at no cost,
  • cover the return freight to you or reimburse your original outbound shipping.
